On Cue Freight, LLC (On Cue) is a transportation logistics firm that focuses on providing reliable and secure drayage freight services at Ports located in the Eastern Region. Our mission is to provide our customers with a valuable, comprehensive, and pleasant third-party logistics (3PL) experience for Drayage. We hold a Small Business Administration WOSB, a national WBENC WBE, a State of Florida WMBE, and an FDOT DBE certification. We strive to exceed our customer’s expectations during every occurrence.
On Cue specializes in drayage services for intermodal port and rail shipping. As a Freight Broker and a Carrier, we work with closely drivers and owner-operators that have proven experience and high safety ratings per the Safety and Fitness Electronic Records (SAFER) system. We complete compliance checks and balances in each State entered and maintain any additional certification, licensing, or permitting necessary to haul various commodities. On Cue Freight is led by Sue-Ellen Gardiner, a seasoned professional with 19 years of experience. As the Principal of On Cue Freight, Sue-Ellen manages all aspects of day-to-day operations and acts as a transportation intermediary. Her vast marketing and communication skills translate to a comprehensive mastery of sales and relationship-building that connects both shippers and carriers for their success. Ms. Gardiner streamlines all processes while organizing, and balancing concurrent tasks. She continuously researches geographic trends and industry developments to offer the best, most relevant, and cost-effective solutions to her clients. Sue-Ellen exhibits an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable, and secure drayage transportation services.
Ms. Gardiner holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Graphic Communication from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (2004), and a Master of Science (MS) in Communication from Florida State University (2007).
Additionally, Sue-Ellen is a State of Florida Notary. She possesses her National Notary Signing Certification and Florida Remote Online Certification. Ms. Gardiner offers these services free of charge to her clients and customers.

Brokerage
As a small firm, our advantage is the ability to craft personalized shipping solutions. For our Shippers, On Cue Freight has developed an efficient and highly structured quality control procedure that minimizes the need for Shippers to be hands-on throughout the logistical planning and coordination process. With On Cue, clients are assigned one contact throughout the lifespan of their contract and/or spot load. An On Cue Broker will be available 24/7, 365 days of the year to troubleshoot any situation. We pride ourselves on exceeding our customer’s expectations by dedicating one on one attention to the needs of our Shippers.
Our Brokerage Specializes in Intermodal Drayage. Intermodal Drayage accommodates 20ft, 40ft, and High Cube containers from the Port and Rail. Our capacity covers both dedicated and spot loads. Although we transport freight of all kinds, our niche within this area is Export Overweight Reefer loads, such as frozen poultry or seafood.
Dispatching
On Cue offers dispatching services for owner/operators of intermodal drayage loads. Our dispatching services include invoicing to clients, factoring company submissions, troubleshooting issues, handling of accessorial charges such as additional stops, Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU), lumper fees, detention, and demurrage fees to name a few.
Each service is a-la-carte and completely optional for Carriers to utilize or not. Additionally, our dispatching services cater to Carriers’ needs and requests; at On Cue, we listen to gain insight and understanding of dispatching preferences. Whether or not drivers prefer to drive in the day versus the night, requires breaks at certain times, has preferred Ports, wants home time, and/or schedules for special life events, it is our goal to maintain the best possible rate in addition to work/home life balance.
Trucking
On Cue Freight’s Carrier Division, On Cue Trucking, LLC provides freight transportation services for over-the-road intermodal drayage, and railway cargo. On Cue Trucking services Port and Railways located in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Our focus is import and export drayage freight with an expertise in overweight, export loads.
Our niche expertise, transporting overweight refrigerated freight requires us to also posses proficient knowledge operating temperature control containers and knowing each State’s standard weight limits and permitting laws.
